We aim to help your firm get the most out of our services by putting together a plan that helps you save time with streamlining your processes and helps us to get to know how you work so we can help better support you, when we move into the next phase of our partnership Ongoing Services.

In the first 4 months of working together, Grunbeck Financial Services will:

1. Help you to streamline and automate your back office where possible to create an efficient operation.

2. Help with Converting new system to old system like CRM or Financial System

3. Clean up and become familiar with your CRM.

4. Document processes to ensure work is repeatable and scalable moving forward.

After the initial 4 months of partnering together is complete, we can confidently move to ongoing services that continue to free up your time and help you focus on what you love to do - working with clients! During this phase of our engagement, we will focus on:

1. Paraplanning. We create custom financial plans based on your unique method of delivering financial advice.

2. Executing monthly and quarterly billing. Free up your time and energy by allowing us to handle your billing for you.

3. Ongoing automation. We’re always looking for ways to continue to streamline your practice.

4. Back office tasks. We will handle client onboarding, opening new client accounts, assisting with paperwork, and more.

On Demand Support - $60/hr

This allows you not to make a commitment but send us tasks when you need a task completed.  The rate is hourly with no contracts or minimum hours per week or per month
